I am pretty sure it is a network printer. I don't know the type of network the customer has. I don't save Printer Environment in my reports. I don't know what printer driver is used. But I think I will suggest to the customer to update the printer driver to the latest (never hurts). And since they are the only ones that have problem with my application, there must be something wrong with their printer/driver.
