Sure, just as some English, eg from Norfolk, as I've explained earlier in the thread, say "bootiful" and "noo" for "new" (people from Essex). Just as a southern drawl differs markedly from a New England nasal twang or NY "Top Cat" accent.

It's sad that there IS no consonent to represent the pronunciation of "t" here. It's very similar to how I, and my fellow Liverpudlians pronounce it - almost half-way between a "d/t" and an "r". I was also thinking of "Johnny Blue Eyes" and teh way posh Hugh Grant had comic trouble trying to say this in teh Mob's comapny.
