I think GoDaddy is familiar with it, but I don't know how well they support it. Some hosting sites will setup DNN for you, and are more familiar with things that can go wrong (permissions, connection strings, backup, etc.). If you're new to DNN and one of those problems happens, it can be a little difficult trying to figure out what's going on on a remote host who isn't very familiar with DNN.
