Cecil, thanks for that. So it's an ionizing water filter that splits water into acid and alkalinized streams, generating a negative ORP >200mV.
If people are wondering, ionizing water filters came out of Japan where health benefits were recognized as early as the 1980s, leading to endorsement of ionizing filters (but not of any particular brand) by Japanese health authorities. Similar benefits are claimed all over the world without endorsement from the FDA or equivalent.
There's no harm and possibly a great deal of good IMHO, especially if there are concerns about the quality of available drinking water.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
