No, David, you didn't further inflame me. But it is mildly interesting to me that you only reiterated your previous complaints. _How_ do you expect to show a POTENTIAL employer that you are a good candidate. "Trust me?" Note that I am not the only one who has said that there are other ways to demonstrate competence--what are _you_ doing to make the hiring person's job easier?
You know, it's really scary to hire someone--it's nearly impossible to fire anyone, people lie on resumes/applications all the time, keeping a balance of personalities is undeniably important in any kind of team environment. I've seen some new hires come through who, honest to god, I was worried that they would show up one day with a gun. Needless to say they interviewed just great.
