_How_ do you know you've proved it? Do you have goals and objectives at your company? If they require a degree, and won't accept equivelents, well, first of all that's their right. Second of all, will they pay for classes? Take 'em. I don't like cleaning my house, but I do it cuz it's all a part of being grown up.
>I know I've proved to the company (after almost 2 years) that I can do the work and make the customer happy. OK, if they wanted time to see first hand what I can really do, that's reasonable . But, the time has come for them to drop the "you don't have a degree" excuse and provide equal pay. You see, they are getting from me right now what someone with a degree would be giving them. The EXACT same thing.
