Title:
TABLEUPDATE() -- limit on records?
Does TABLEUPDATE() have some sort of limit on the number of records which can be updated at once?
We have a program which deletes 1,100 records, then we try to issue a TABLEUPDATE() on the table. It fails, giving us a "Record is in Use by Another" (109) error.
When we delete only 400 records, it works just fine.
The users are running on NT workstations on a Novell LAN.
(Late possibility: Does Novell have some sort of limit on the number of record locks possible? Are we running into it?)
Any ideas?
