>>Fortunately, even though the Niners are even worse - they'll still sell out and I'll get to watch the home games. As a fan (when I moved here 4 years ago my zip code was 94949 and that settled my rooting interest), I'd still rather watch MY team lose than some other random game.

>>Even more fortunately this isn't some random game and I don't have the dillema of deciding which game I'd rather have available.

>Yeah, glad I got to live in the Bay Area when it was the Raiders in the 70s and 49ers in the 80s. Kenny the Snake, Plunkett, Montana, Young - some good football by the bay.

Score? I know this is the only empty spot on your resume.
Don't forget Jerry Rice, the greatest receiver to ever lace up spikes. Some of his stats are so far out there they will probably never be broken. And his runs with 8 yard hitch routes are a big part of the stats of Joe Montana and Steve Young. It was a joy to watch him play.
I mention only in passing that he wasn't the highest drafted guy. Low first round IIRC.
