Yeah, but probably the highest pick ever out of Mississippi Valley State. I remember I had a girlfriend once who thought football was just a bunch of big galoots smashing into each other. I had her watch a Niners game with me and Jerry Rice went airborne at full extension to fingertip catch a pass coming over his shoulder he couldn't even see knowing full well there was another guy airborne at that moment read to hit him the moment he touched the ball and he kept his concentration and brought it in. She was a professional dancer and from that moment on a serious football fan.
