Your judgment is far too harsh and biased, apologies have been made long time ago and you are not her therapist. You are entitled to have an opinion, but this reaction should make clear to readers that others have other opinions.

Peter, no, I'm not her therapist, and neither are you....but keep in mind that more than one respected person has agreed with me "off-line". Like it or not, tough love is usually more effective.

I was trying to help her. Let me clue you in on something - there are respected individuals who have judged Naomi far more harshly than I have.

Let me get this right Peter - you say I'm too harsh in my judgement - yet your posting of the first letter (which I agree with) certainly carries an expectation of judgement (and what I believe the Krameks have done here is far, far worse). So you can't have it both ways.
