>And I'm one of those who have strongly objected to it, and I still do object to what you're doing, here and now. Your judgment is far too harsh and biased, apologies have been made long time ago and you are not her therapist. You are entitled to have an opinion, but this reaction should make clear to readers that others have other opinions.

>Peter, no, I'm not her therapist, and neither are you....but keep in mind that more than one respected person has agreed with me "off-line". Like it or not, tough love is usually more effective.

One conclusion you drew was that she has problems. And there you're not referring to her current unemployment problem. You are free to think it, but you are not free to write that here. I have never written similar words about her, so it's unfair of you to write "I'm not her therapist, and neither are you".

>How the hell is my judgement 'biased'????? Keep in mind that I'm the one who persuaded Naomi to come up here and confess what she did. (Granted, she did it through me, but it was still an admission). I was trying to help her. Let me clue you in on something - there are respected individuals who have judged Naomi far more harshly than I have.

First, you were not the only person who persuaded her. Second, there were also respected individuals who were less harsh about what she had done. Or are you suggesting here that there is a positive correlation between harsh judgement of what she'd done and degree of respect in the community?

If your judgement is not biased, does that imply that you think mine actually is?!

>Let me get this right Peter - you say I'm too harsh in my judgement - yet your posting of the first letter (which I agree with) certainly carries an expectation of judgement (and what I believe the Krameks have done here is far, far worse). So you can't have it both ways.

Yes, I have an opinion about what AK and MA have done. Call it a judgement if you like, although I'm very aware that I'm not a judge. I think it's a better metaphore to call me an advocate. And advocates use facts and arguments, hoping they can convince others.

>You really need to check your premises...

They're still there.

BTW, I'm not serching a fight with you here. Rather, my emphasis differs somewhat from yours. ;)

If there’s no willingness to moderate for the sake of good debate, then I have no willingness to debate at all.
