Just to echo Nancy points....
Regclean will hose NT. I don't really trust apps like regclean anyway. As a developer, I don't think there is any way to avoid having to totally re-do your machine every 6 months. Between registering and unregistering components, different software packages, etc - a total dump and reload is what it takes....especially on NT.
