The re-election of Bush shows the value of our political system. Our founding fathers wanted three branches of government and Bush created one.

Few presidents have represented the people – you know – for the people by the people and all that. Harry Truman was an exception. Most presidents represent big business, the financial institutions, and the military industrial complex. The little guy goes along for the ride.

What is important is to wave the flag and neglect reality. Be a “real American”, buy the party line and do not ask questions. Interesting how our system has endured with so many incompetents at the helm.

Like a friend of mine said, “Come the revolution we will get it right this time”! I think not! :)
