IMO, of the other issue it is Andy's business what he decides to do or not. I may not agree with what he did or I may (I am being evasive purposely) but I don't understand how anyone could fault Andy and NOT Naomi. What hit me was the "Andy should not be allowed to be an MVP" while the same message said "Naomi should be given an MVP".

BTW, What I heard was that Naomi was terminated about 3 months after Andy's letter so it appears that the letter was not necessarily the feather that broke the proverbial camel's back. Anyway, you know as well I do, what it takes for a governmental organization to fire someone, the reams of documentation of councilling and warnings and etc. that are needed before they can terminate an employee.
