About his uncle who plants two different crops... now what would happen if he planted only one different crop, does he get half the punishment then? Because it's obviously a matter of principle, it doesn't matter how many different plants you put to grow together, it's not the number that's wrong. It's that they're different, no matter how many, even if there's only one. So there's a compelling argument that the punishment should be the same.
