Well I'm still glad I started another thread thus keeping yours shorter and less filled with drift. I know you are a big thread drifter. So am I! Nevertheless, in your thread it didn't feel good. It was like family quarreling about all kind of minor issues while standing around the hospital bed of one of the family members.

Do yourself a favor and refrain from reading it all. Unless you're capable of seeing the psychological patterns and it makes you chunkle. :)

>Wow, this thread is longer than the original! I think I will take your advice and give it a miss. For what it's worth, though, I don't think it was necessary to call for the thread I started to remain firmly on topic. I am one of the biggest thread drifters here. And fine with that, since I think it is inherent in the nature of online discussion groups. Or in real life, for that matter. How often do verbal discussions remain firmly on one topic, even in a business meeting with an agenda?

>Your ongoing defense of Naomi, which I share, is another thing entirely, of course. I already said she is on my permanent good "guys" list for calling 911. According to what I was told in the ER, the quick response by her, Howard, and apparently Sylvain saved my life.
