Craig,

I don't go to my boss after I've signed off on something and then complain that someone else caused the problem. I signed it, I'm responsible, and I fix it.

Melind signs the letters and is the public front man for MS. Milind's letter could have at least acknowledged that they are aware of the issues with sp2. Not a peep!

I've just about given up hope for a fix to sp2, but I would put money on it that If we don't say something right away and in a large enough force, then we have what we're going to get. A practically worthless sp2.

Jim

>Program Manager is Microsoft's term for "project manager". It's the same job Randy Brown had. It has no management responsibility, no direct reports.
