Yes, I think that a clean install is best. Some of those "free download" sites make my hair stand on end. Somehow I do not trust them.

We have some VB6 apps we have to support. Working with any version of VB makes you truely appreciate VFP, but then one does what one has to do to survive. That is a lesson I learned long ago! :)
