The problem has been noted here on and off for the past year. It seems to come out of nowhere, then corrects itself somehow. If you login and see zero new messages and blank frames, that is the problem. I don't have a fix other than creating a new profile in FireFox. Clearing cache and cookies does not seem to be enough.
