I am all for swear words and boobs but I do not have a lot of hope it would happen. Even without the FCC sponsors/networks do not like them, see cable content.

When you talk about such a major reforms it can be easier to define what the Federal gov would do as opposed to what they would stop doing. So what would the Feds role be? Military, transit, health care?
