Actually, my family took me out for a great filet/lobster tail. The menu had a regular surf/turf, but the server informed me they had a hungry-man's surf-turf. Now, rarely will a surf-turf cover both aspects perfectly - either the steak will be great but the lobster not-so-great, or vice versa....but both were PERFECT. The filet was a perfect "between medium-well and well", a 10-oz seasoned filet of perfection, and the lobster tail (also 10 oz) was heavenly. My family was stunned when they saw a clean plate about 10 minutes later. I intentionally didn't eat the entire day, so that I could enjoy this.
