What I'm considering doing is setting up 3 or more web balanced web servers connected to file based .dbc on a dual mode fibrechannel SAN. In this setup I can lose a drive, a server, an entire channel and it won't matter. The setup just keeps on ticking. The concern I have is since any server can read/write does the SAN properly support multi-user locking, etc.
