None of those were in the code. I will add them, but I do not see how they are selected during the initial setup.

How else? I would have thought having an interface similar to the one that is used to build the original file. It would be more intuitive to make the changes there instead of having to cut and paste commands that are not themselves necessarily understandable to the user.
