You can either just download an older version of Tortoise http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=138498, or upgrade your version of Subversion. To upgrade Subversion just download the ZIP file and unzip the share/bin/iconv folders on top of currently installed copy (mine is in C:\Program Files\Subversion).

Well, nothing comes easy :( The files are currently in use, I can not copy. I guess I have to stop the service first...

UPDATE. I stopped the service, copied the files, but I'm still getting the same error

Error * URL 'svn://my IP/Subversion_Repository' non-existent in that revision.

Should I try to go back to the Rick's tutorial and re-do first steps?
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
