I was talking about you.

I think its well known that the experience of fasting is often reported to have some effects on people.

I figured since you referred to those effects as "phony ... osmosis" that the experience isn't something you need.

But surely you can recognize its an experience the average person may stand to benefit from.

I could be wrong.


I believe you think you are and like many others you wish to impose you belief system on the rest. I find your suggestion to be superficial and meant to make the participant feel good while doing nothing to alleviate the the problem. I do not subscribe to the concept of enlightenment, I prefer practicality.
