Ha Ha ... yeah, a shot in the dark! No, it didn't do anything. =0(

Before I tried this though, I did a bunch of other stuff (basically removed everything from the hard-drive and started over). Now I'm not getting the Conflicting Modifications Dialog anymore, but my projects are still out of order.

>>I discovered something though while messing around with it ... after the conversion starts, I get a few messages that say something about "Conflicting Modifications Detected" for several different projects (one at a time) and then it asks if I'd like to save the version I have open over the changes on disk ... If I choose the button that says "Discard in-memory changes", then when it's done converting all the projects are in the correct order. Trouble is that when I then Close the Solution, it asks me if I want to save a bunch of stuff. If say "yes", we're back to them being all out of order when I open the Solution again. I haven't gotten time since yesterday to get back to this, so I've got to see what happens if I reply "no". Hopefully something good. <g>
