I kept replaying that

Way back (WAYYY back) when I was in high school in Jacksonville FL I was driving home from school and one of my buddies was following on his motorcycle. We were on I95 probably doing 80 (speed limit was 55 in those days). I saw something big go past my windshield. I looked in the mirror and saw a cloud of feathers with handlebars. My buddy had caught a vulture square in the chest. I'm amazed he stayed upright on the bike. I had to take him to the ER where they found he had several cracked ribs. The whole time he was picking feathers out of his hair, pants, nose, mouth, ears, etc. Every once in a while he'd cough up a few feathers too.
