>It was a winter’s night and at 5:30 PM it was dark as I entered the train. Upon sitting down I began to read Drew’s VMF book. What a fun read! So much so that I missed my stop and ended up in downtown San Jose, which required me to walk about 5 miles back to where my car was parked near the train station! What a feeling that was! But the book was fun to read and the product is my favorite framework for VFP, and I have used them all.

At least you didn't do what a couple of numbnuts did on a Metra train here a couple of days ago. I am not making this up -- it was in the news. Two guys missed their stop and jumped off the moving train four blocks later. They were banged up but not seriously hurt. Traffic was tied up and the train delayed for an hour until it was deemed safe to go.

The part that jolted me even more than the headline was that the two guys were 55 and 68 years old. And some people think young folks have the knucklehead market cornered <g>.
