Michel's reasons for the 2nd ban have never held water.I don't know the terms of the "second chance" but I'm assuming it was an online version of parole. Parolees are effectively "given a second chance" on the clear understanding that if they breach the terms, which may include all sorts of activities that the rest of us take for granted, they're gone again.
IMHO if people want him back, they need to come bearing "honey" rather than "rotten eggs." JMHO.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
