I didn't get back until late last night so I was only in and out of the UT periodically for short periods and then the same today. Got some deadlines to take care of and then my daughter had the flu and now strep throat so had to make another run to the doctor's office (3.5 hours there this time) - you're a parent, you know how it is!

To be fair, I don't recall that I ever stated he was swarmed for his politely expressed technical points. :o) People didn't like his views and often when he expressed them, he was swarmed. Most often it was his expressing the limits of VFP or the lack of marketing, and where the future was (not with VFP), et al.

As I recall, technical contribution was at best 5% of the total "contribution" towards the end. The rest was baiting and bickering. But perhaps I was wrong, so I'll simply continue to invite the claimants to provide their evidence, just as they regularly ask of others.
