I'm not sure about Outlook or Netscape mail, but to get the MSMAPI32 control to work with Eudora you have to enable MAPI within Eudora. Within Eudora pull down the Tools menu pad, select options and go to 'MAPI'. Enable the 'Use Eudora MAPI server - Always'.

Eudora will replace the installed MAPI DLL's with its own.
