Thanks! As I said I don't know that much about image formats. I only have 'Paint', but I can get whatever software I need to create an EMF image, hopefully something shareware, or reasonable price?
What software supports creating an EMF image?.

So far I found verypdf mini emf printer driver. It is shareware, but $895 to buy. I am experimenting with it now. Any other suggestions appreciated!
So far I can't figure out how to crop /edit the image once it's created.

This uses vector graphics and would be device independent (would show the highest resolution for your device ie: screen=96dpi, printer=600dpi) Then your 5pt and 6pt fonts would be no problem. The VFP9 report engine supports EMF format.
