Thanks for your reply. I had already done what you mention below (publish and copy), but still do not know how to get the application to run on the server via IE. I guess my questions are IIS based. I believe I need to setup up a virtual directory and point this to the files copied over, but this is not working for me.

If you have any other pointers from the IIS perspective, I would appreciate it.
