I find that code is much easier to work with when font is none proportional. I prefer Consolas font from Microsoft. It's available for download at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=22e69ae4-7e40-4807-8a86-b3d36fab68d3&displaylang=en
I do change colors slightly. I do not remember exectly how because I exported registry settings for coloring a while ago when I got them 'right' and import them for every new VFP installation on my PCs.
