>>>Woo-hoo, here's a blast from the past! I'm converting a FPW 2.6 app and I need to trace through some of the code to understand what's going on. The trace window comes up very short and I can only see one line at a time. I can't resize the window, yet I know it can be made larger. Unfortunately, my memory is failing me here. How can I make this window larger?

>>Haven't tried it in FPW, so this may not work - ctrl+f7 was supposed to set an active window into move mode, ctrl+f8 into resize mode. Once in that mode, use cursor keys to move the bottom right corner and Enter to say you're done.

>Yeah, I had tried that via the menu and it didn't work. Using the CTRL key combo didn't help. I'm wondering why the heck they'd ever do this. Only able to view one line at a time - why? Of course, I always thought the whole thing with the Close button not working was bogus.

All my FPx work was in FPD - we made one demo for FPW, made it work and then decided we should wait for FP3 (we had no idea it would get a V, but we just saw that FPW is not a true Windows Fox, it's more FPD IN Windows than FOR Windows). In FPD, I remember seeing about eight to ten lines of trace.

I've fired up my museum copy of FPD2.6 and it seems the debugger does have a maximum height of about a dozen lines. I'm quite surprised that it has only two panes... it's been a number of years since I played with that baby ;).
