Thanks Tim. I agree, and actually support's already a "must have" on the list. The framework code is just one piece of it, as you are rightfully pointing out. You need to feel there's support for the product (on-going improvements and leveraging off new features added to .NET), as well as support for developers (forums, training, etc.).
As a VFE developer I agree with you 100% that the F1Tech forum really makes it... reason I will be renewing my subscription next month with Mike and Toni!
