But that is not evidence either. It is still only speculation since Michel never posts why someone was banned and the rest of us can only guess the reason. Michel's statement that it has to be something serious to warrant banning could mean any number of things or nothing at all.

Really, I'm sure everyone is guessing and no one knows (except Michel). The problem with speculating on very serious reasons is that when it comes from an MVP, the public tends to think there is substance behind the 'guess' and information not available to the public which gives the 'guess' more weight and hence the guess is more damaging.
