What about:

MECHANISMS TO BYPASS THE UNIVERSAL THREAD CONTEXT

Any attempt by an individual to bypass the mechanisms in place by the Universal Thread to gain access to specific content constitutes a violation of the Terms & Conditions of this site. The Universal Thread provides an online interface, which is accessible from within a browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape, and a Web Service interface to expose its data. Those are the only two interfaces supported. Any other mechanism used is not allowed.

I could see that e-mailing the messages to a banned person could be considered as a violation for it bypasses the online interface and be considered under the "Any other mechanism used is not allowed". Although I guess it is allowed if the e-mail is sent directly thru the interface provided (the e-mail button)
