But that can only pertain if you intentionally do so. The only way really you know that someone was banned if it a message gets posted that you read (like this one). Also, I don't think so because the intent of the banning is to prevent posting of messages in the online forum. The UT is quoted in other forums I've noticed and that is the same thing.
