Russia, China, N. Korea, Iran, and other minor players are doing R&D and producing modern weapons that will (and in some cases can already) get the upper hand in a fight over our military. It takes years or decades to come up with and develop usable new technologies. If Obama hamstrings our military we will suffer - likely in catastrophic ways.
