>INHO, Andy's blog was about trying to make people more self-reliant and at least take a peek at the help file before posting a question. In the long run, using the resources available to us before posting questions may speed our development. We may find the answer immediately instead of having to post a question and then wait for an indeterminate length of time for a response which may or may not be the solution to the problem.
