John, well I'm privileged to work on some fairly new stuff. I love it. All I need now is something to buy for a boy-buzz. ;-)

Depending which Bible you read (if any) you may find this in Ecclesiastes: "What has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done; there is nothing new under the sun." Certainly that's how IT looks to me at the moment. ;-)

These IT guys need to learn from the car companies how to repackage a slightly altered product as the best new thing since sliced bread. Yo, IT companies: make me a consumer again. You're losing me.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
