>>No, it was a valid question, but if you need something to feel better for banning me, then by all means make it fit the way you need it to.

>Well, we have more than enough for that but we didn't apply any of that so far. Your account has been in the center of several ongoing issues. The amount of time I have to spend monitoring it on a daily basis is taking a lot of my time, costs me a lot of money and makes people go away, not to forget those complaints I keep receiving.

>So, I really don't know what is your goal in using this site. It seems you made good use of it for a certain period but what I keep seeing in the recent weeks is completely off target with the purposes of using this site. Except a few technical messages here and there on an occasional basis, I can easily relate your content in search of hurting this site. In that latest reply, you mentioned "Essentially the same issue really.". So, if the prime concerned member of the issue has already confirmed that the fact I moved back the thread to its original location was ok with him, I really don't see why your same POV would then be targeting at an ongoing attempt to repeat the same song over and over. And, your point about members using the twit filter is also another song that I keep hearing all the time.

>Here this, I will propose you something I have never done before on this site. I invite you to slowly but surely to consider retiring from this site and leaving it permanently within a certain period of time. By that, your account will remain active, you will be able to continue to use it on an occasional basis within the related timeframe and you will keep the ability to visit us from time to time just so to fit your own wishes. I have let you a lot of chances since the last few weeks. But, if I read one more message reflecting intentions of trolling, polluting and interferring with the site rules, I wouldn't have any other choices but to proceed with some administrative procedures. Based on the actuel situation, I would say this is a very good deal.

I realized that you might not see this when I Updated my response, so here it is again:

Ah, so all the issues are just from me? Interesting. But I'm invited, so I don't have to accept. Though, anything I say is subject to immediate "administrative procedures." That's pretty airtight. So, if I mention Kevin again, I'm out? If I question anything you do, I'm out? If I say anything that you feel is trolling/polluting, I'm out? That is an interesting proposal. And you put it out there publicly. You've never done that before. Something just doesn't seem quite right here, but I can't put my finger on it. I'll get back to you.

UPDATE: Ok, I've thought about it and I don't accept your invitation. Do what you want. If you feel you have enough to ban me and you think that is the right thing to do, then do it. If you want to wait until I say something you don't like, then do it then. I will say this, if you do ban me, at least have the guts to tell everyone here what it's for. I not only give you permission and forfeit any legal path - like I would bother with something so trivial - but encourage you to tell all. The part that's going to be interesting is that there is nothing you can share that everyone here hasn't already read. No secret logins, no midnight hacking, no illusions of JVP around every corner. Nope. Just stuff you don't like to hear. Just make sure you let everyone know why you ban me when you decide to do it. Trust me, they will really want to know. Especially after the whole Kevin fiasco.
