You still choose to not understand my questions or points. My numbers were for the aid for the entire year for all aid, not just that one incident.

How much money did individuals give? From your country? From mine? We are not just a government here, we are individuals who act independently and donate independently. We do not give all our money to our government and expect our government do act in lieu of what we, as individuals should and can do. That is quite different from the way of thinking in your country I realize.
