Unfortunately the flag must be specified at runtime and the BMP must
exist on disk rather than in the project.
I have a project that I'm working on where I have a special file extension
that I wanted mapped to my EXE, but it requires the -b switch even for the
extension mapping. Drat.
Looks cool though - it goes a long way towards making a professional
startup.
