http://www.kicstart.com.auI have been using this for the last 3 weeks and have dropped from 134KG to 118KG so far, 110KG is my target to make the weight limit for our winter nationals, states and world titles that are coming up shortly.
If you follow the instructions with moderate exercise it works.
