FWIW, everything I've read about healthy eating says that the way you're eat is probably the cause of your inability to eat much. The body adapts when you don't feed it. In addition, pretty much all the research says that not eating breakfast is a major diet mistake.
In your case, you'd probably need to get back on a normal eating plan (three meals a day along with a couple of healthy snacks) along with an increase in exercise to reset your metabolism.
