Well I have a large bowl of Crunchy-nut cornflakes, 2 rounds of toast and a cuppa, after 9 o'clock, head up the hills to the allotment (a good aerobic workout in itself) and do some hard infrastructure installation, for several hours, just water to drink, and have a balanced meal in the evening (or maybe MEAT-MEAL if I'm hungry and have been good). I've lost 1.25 stone (c 17.5 lbs) since being stuck on my money-maker every day (some 6 months ago now!). I may have a late bowl of cereal. I wasn't exactly fat before but, you know, "could lose a few pounds", but luckily I'm not a starver and can go without food for quite a while (I don't understand that low blood sugar level thing).

One thing I've never done though is eat snacks between meals (unless it's say a chocky bar to give energy if I haven't had a meal) and I think that's important in keeping the weight down. Now whether you could keep to my current regime is another matter. I wonder if and when i get a job I'll go back to being ravenous by lunchtime (well, it IS the highlight of the working day) and back on the old chicken and bacon mayo baguettes for lunch.
