I found it very important to run it under Chinese Windows for a good test.

Using Steven Black's utility made translation pretty easy for us, but the compiled code sometimes had unexpected results when run under Chinese or Korean Windows. Odd things such as some letters being interpreted as control chars in the menus and backspacing over part of the menu wording.

You need to look at database sort issues as well as address differences, etc.
