ok I understand but why would it be worth that much money to MS or any other company interested in buying it?

It's free and I guess It'll remain that way for a long time.

MS would get many personal informations. That I understand. And from those informations MS would be able to advertize their apps with great precision. Is that the only reason justifying those billions?
